Wholemeal rolls

Ingredients:

| 500g Dark Wholemeal Bread Flour Mixture 0750 |
|
| 350ml water |
|
| 1 packet of dry yeast 7g or 1 cube of fresh yeast |
|
| Various seeds e.g. poppy, sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds |
Procedure:
Mix the flour and dry yeast, pour the water into a mixing bowl, add the flour mixture and use the hand mixer / kneading hook to prepare the yeast dough. Leave the dough covered for approx. 30 minutes to rise. Then briefly knead again. Subsequently, separate the dough into pieces of approx. 100g and form approx. 9 smooth rolls. Put the rolls on a tray covered with baking paper and coat with whisked egg yolk. Then sprinkle on the various seeds. Cover the rolls with a moist cloth and leave to rise for approx. 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven. Baking: E-oven 200°C, hot air 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
