Poensgen Extra Flour Item 0085 / 0087

Ingredients:

	250g Poensgen Extra Flour
	250g butter
	250g sugar
	4 eggs
	½ t. baking powder
	Lemon aroma

Procedure:

All ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix the sugar, butter and eggs until fluffy. Mix the flour and baking powder, strain into the mass and fold in. Put the dough into a greased cake tin. Bake at 200°C for approx. 40 minutes.
