Rustic joghurt rolls

Ingredients:

| 500g Farmhouse Bread Flour Mixture 0757 |
|
| 300g joghurt |
|
| 1 packet of dry yeast or 1 cube of fresh yeast |
|
| 1 tablespoonful of oil |
|
| 1 egg |
Procedure:
Mix the flour and dry yeast. Put the joghurt, egg and oil in a mixing bowl, add the flour mixture and use the hand mixer / kneading hook to prepare the yeast dough. Leave the dough covered for approx. 30 minutes to rise. Subsequently, briefly knead again. Separate the dough into pieces of approx. 100g and form approx. 9 smooth rolls. Put the rolls on a tray covered with baking paper, coat with a whisked egg and, as required, sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Cover the rolls with a moist cloth and again leave to rise for approx. 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven. Baking: E-oven 200°C, hot air 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
