Party rolls
(Flour Mixture, White Maize Country Bread 0754)
Ingredients:
Procedure:
Mix the flour and dry yeast (if using fresh yeast, dissolve this in the liquid specified), add the watter in a "yeast dough bowl", add the flour mixture and use the hand mixer / kneading hook to produce a smooth dough. Put the lid on the bowl and leave the dough to rise until the lid rises (approx. 30 minutes). Cover the base of a springform with baking paper and grease the rim. Again knead the dough briefly,
divide the dough into the required portions, results in approx. 9 portions each weighing 100g. Put the formed rolls in the springform, so that they form a flower, i.e. one roll in the centre of the form, the others at a small distance arranged around the roll in the centre (two to three circles). Coat the rolls with egg, sprinkle over various seeds, cheese, lye etc. and again leave for 10-15 minutes to rise. Bake at 200°C for approx. 20 minutes.
