Procedure:

Prepare the predough and leave to settle for 25 minutes. For the primary dough, mix the ingredients until they are fluffy and prepare to a dough together with the yeast sponge. Fold the fruit into the dough. Put the dough into a form and leave to settle for 45-60 minutes. Bake the cake at 190°C for approx. 45 minutes. Subsequently, coat the cake whilst still warm with apricot jam or douse with chocolate.
