Ingredients:

| 250g Poensgen Classic Flour |
|
| 125g sugar |
|
| 125g margarine or butter |
|
| ½ t. baking powder |
|
| 40ml milk |
|
| Lemon aroma or oil of bitter almonds |
Procedure:
Knead the ingredients to a dough. Roll out and bake in the greased springform or case base.
