Shortcrust pastry tart-base
Poensgen Classic Flour Item 0055 / 0057

Ingredients:

	250g Poensgen Classic Flour
	125g sugar
	125g margarine or butter
	½ t. baking powder
	40ml milk
	Lemon aroma or oil of bitter almonds

Procedure:

Knead the ingredients to a dough. Roll out and bake in the greased springform or case base.
