100g morello cherries (put them in rum approx. 12 hours previous)

30g pudding mix

20g candied lemon peel

5g baking powder

Procedure:

Initially, one should heat the butter so that it is in a molten, warm state. Mix the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix the Poensgen Classic Flour with the baking powder and pudding mix and fold into the mass. Subsequently, add the Kirsch (rum and cherries), candied lemon peel, candied orange peel and chocolate. Put the mass into a greased baking form and bake in the preheated oven at 170°C for approx. 40-45 minutes.
