Basic recipe for bread

Dissolve the yeast in water. Add the flour and ingredients and work to a dough in a bowl. Thoroughly knead on the work surface. Finally, fold in the fat. From the dough, form two loaves of bread and
leave them to rise for 40-45 minutes covered with a plastic film. Coat the loaves with a whisked egg yoke. Preheat the oven to 240°C. Baking time 40-45 minutes. After 15 minutes of baking, reduce the temperature to 210°C.
