Recipe for ready-to-bake mixtures

500 g ready-to-bake mixture, one packet of dry yeast or 25 g fresh yeast, 450-500 ml water (cold)
Bread baking machine
Mix one packet of dry yeast or 25 g fresh yeast in 450-500 ml of cold water and put into the baking form of the bread baking machine. Switch on the machine and, in mixing intervals, apply the flour mixture. Program selection for bread baking machines: Standard program with approx. 3 hours.
Baking oven
Mix one packet of dry yeast or 25 g fresh yeast in a bowl with 450-500 ml of cold water. Add the flour mixture and use a wooden spoon or hand mixer to mix for 3-4 min. Put the dough into a greased 1000 ml baking form, covered by a moist tea towel or plastic film and leave it to rise for approx. 40-50 min. Coat the dough with water or condensed milk. Preheat the oven, using hot air to 180 °C / upper/lower heat to 200 °C and subsequently bake for 40 min. (before baking, remove the tea towel or plastic film)
500 g ready-to-bake mixture, 1 ½ packets of dry yeast or 40 g fresh yeast, 400 ml water (cold)
Mix the 1 ½ packets of dry yeast or 40 g fresh yeast in a bowl with 350-400 ml of cold water. Add the flour mixture and use a wooden spoon or hand mixer to mix for 3-4 min. Use your hands shape the dough into rolls, place on a greased baking tray and cover with a moist tea towel or plastic film. Leave the dough to rise for approx. 40-50 min. Coat the dough with water or condensed milk. Preheat the oven, using hot air to 180 °C / upper/lower heat to 200 °C and subsequently bake for 20 min.
(before baking, remove the tea towel or plastic film)
Tip: Freeze fresh bread (in slices) and rolls and as required slowly allow to defrost.

500 g waffle ready-to-use flour, 140 g molten warm margarine, 6 eggs
Put the 500g waffle ready-to-use flour, 140 g molten warm margarine and 6 eggs into a bowl and, using a hand mixer set at the highest step, mix for approx. 2 minutes until smooth. Preheat the waffle iron and grease with vegetable oil. Bake the dough mass until it is gold-yellow.
