150ml egg liqueur

2 packets of vanilla sugar

1 packet of baking powder

Some icing sugar for sprinkling

Some margarine for greasing

Procedure:

Mix the eggs and icing sugar and vanilla sugar until it is very fluffy. Mix in the oil. Mix the flour and baking powder and also fold in. Finally, add the egg liqueur. Put the dough into a greased baking form. Bake in a preheated oven on the lower rail at 175°C for approx. 70-80 minutes. When cool, sprinkle icing sugar on the cake.
