Ingredients:

	800g Poensgen Classic Flour
	500g butter
	400g sugar
	1 egg

Procedure:

Mix the butter, sugar and egg the mixture is frothy. Strain the flour and fold into the mass to give a flaky dough. Place over the cake and bake.
