Ingredients:

| 500g Poensgen Classic Flour |
|
| 350ml cold water |
|
| 50g sugar beet molasses |
|
| 20g yeast or 1 packet of dry yeast |
|
| 10g salt |
|
| Various grains or seeds |
Procedure:
Put the flour into a bowl. Mix the yeast with 350ml cold water and put into the bowl. Add the sugar beet molasses and knead it altogether into a dough. When the dough has a consistency, fold-in the margarine and the desired grains or seeds. Shape the dough to the form of a loaf and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Cover with a plastic film and allow to rise for approx. 30-35 minutes. Subsequently, coat the loaf using a mixture of condensed milk and hen's egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 40-45 minutes.
