| 500g Poensgen Classic Flour |

| 300ml milk or water |

| 20g yeast |
|
| 20g sugar |
|
| 20g margarine |
|
| 10g salt |
Procedure:
Put the flour into a bowl and mix with the salt and sugar. Stir the water or milk with the yeast. Subsequently, add the flour and prepare a dough. As soon as the dough shows consistency, knead in the margarine. Our tip: The dough is best kneaded using the hands. Form a roll from the dough, divide this into the desired sizes and place the formed rolls on a baking tray covered with baking paper. So that the rolls do not have a dry surface, please cover this with plastic film. We recommend that you use an equal mixture of egg and condensed milk to coat the rolls. Preheat the oven to 180°C, coat the rolls and bake these at 180°C for approx. 25-30 minutes.
