Ingredients:

| 190g Poensgen Extra Flour |

| 190g sugar |
|
| 4 eggs |
|
| A pinch of salt |
|
| Lemon aroma |
Procedure:
Mix the sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt until it is very frothy. Strain the flour and fold into the mass.
Put the dough into a baking tray. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
