PAYMENT AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS (GTC)

PRICES:
The current, valid price lists apply. A new price list will replace previous price lists. Prices include Value Added Tax (7%), plus proportional packing and delivery costs of 4.80 €. For the neighbouring countries (BENELUX), 8.00 €.

DELIVERY:
After receipt of the order, it will be quickly and reliably processed. At the request of
the customer, delivery can be made to a different venue than the place of payment (Eschweiler) by the private parcel service UPS or DHL, to their delivery conditions. A pecuniary claim arises as soon as the package is transferred to the packet delivery service. Simultaneously, the risk is then transferred to the purchaser, so that they accept responsibility, particularly if the delivery is delayed. Location of execution for delivery and
payment is Eschweiler.

PAYMENT:
We expect payment to be made via direct debit and grant a 2% discount for this. Otherwise we only ship with cash on delivery. Until fully paid for, the goods remain our property.

COMPLAINTS
We request that complaints be submitted in writing, immediately after receipt of the goods. Complaints of apparent damage are permitted within one week after receipt of the goods.
